Angle & Curve, an audio product design company, approached iDC to assist them in the branding and packaging of a new set of headphones that they were looking to bring to market. After initial meetings to listen and understand their offering we got our creative caps on and developed the new product name, a mash up word based on the headphone’s unique carbon compound and a slang word for headphones. Carboncans was born and the client was thrilled.
We were then tasked with developing a logo along with two styles of packaging. A high end short run for the prototypes to be displayed in when selling into stores and a more cost effective packaging solution suitable for mass production that would display the different colour options on POS in store.
