The Annual Forrester Party 2026

Due to an unforeseen double-booking mishap at the Forrester Party venue, we’ve reluctantly had to concede defeat to the British Royal Legion, who apparently decided that celebrating Armed Forces Day on exactly the same day was a rather good idea. After extensive negotiations (and absolutely no arm-wrestling), the Forrester Party has been redeployed to its new strategic headquarters at Lowsenford Village Hall. Fear not – the fun, laughter will all be relocating with us. We look forward to seeing everyone there for a fantastic bash!

FOOD & REFRESHMENTS

As always, it’s a team effort! Let’s keep things simple and repeat last year’s winning formula — if you can, bring the same goodies again. Richard & Harry have the refreshments covered, but feel free to bring a bottle along to keep the good times flowing.

If you’re on the hunt for somewhere to stay, you’ve got options! For the hardy adventurers, there are a couple of nearby campsites. Prefer a comfy bed? You’ll find rooms at The White Swan pub or the Guest House on the High Street, plus a few more great spots within a 15-minute drive.
